Dans le secteur de la d\u00e9fense, les aimants \u00e0 haute coercitivit\u00e9 comme le NdFeB enrichi en Dy et le SmCo sont souvent utilis\u00e9s pour les syst\u00e8mes de missiles, les radars et les actionneurs a\u00e9rospatiaux. Mais \u00e0 mesure que les r\u00e9glementations internationales se resserraient et que les d\u00e9lais se raccourcissaient, ils ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser la d\u00e9coupe en interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils ont essay\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scies abrasives humides (trop d'\u00e9caillage)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meules diamant\u00e9es manuelles (lentes et incoh\u00e9rentes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scies \u00e0 lame interne (poussi\u00e8re, chaleur, risque d'incendie)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eame avec des op\u00e9rateurs exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s, les r\u00e9sultats \u00e9taient impr\u00e9visibles et le taux de perte \u00e9tait inacceptable pour des mat\u00e9riaux aussi co\u00fbteux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le d\u00e9fi de la d\u00e9coupe des aimants \u00e0 haute coercitivit\u00e9<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourquoi est-ce <strong>d\u00e9coupe d'aimants \u00e0 haute coercitivit\u00e9<\/strong> si difficile ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ils sont <strong>fragile<\/strong> et sujette \u00e0 la fracture des bords sous charge m\u00e9canique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ils sont <strong>dur<\/strong>, ce qui raccourcit rapidement la dur\u00e9e de vie de la lame<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ils n\u00e9cessitent <strong>des tol\u00e9rances serr\u00e9es<\/strong>, en particulier pour les assemblages de pr\u00e9cision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tout <strong>\u00e9chauffement localis\u00e9<\/strong> peut affecter la structure magn\u00e9tique, m\u00eame avant la magn\u00e9tisation finale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et comme la plupart de ces mat\u00e9riaux sont coup\u00e9s lorsqu'ils ne sont pas magn\u00e9tis\u00e9s, l'\u00e9quipement doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis, sans d\u00e9pendre du serrage magn\u00e9tique ou du bridage par contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>D\u00e9couvrir la solution SG20<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir examin\u00e9 plusieurs options, leur \u00e9quipe a contact\u00e9 Vimfun pour une coupe d'essai. Ils utilisent maintenant les machines pour :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9coupe de flans de pr\u00e9cision pour les ensembles de coupleurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9coupe de carreaux SmCo pour les composants radar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prototypage de r\u00e9seaux d'aimants pour les syst\u00e8mes de cardan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les retours ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>95% de rendement sur toutes les g\u00e9om\u00e9tries de coupe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aucun nettoyage interne n\u00e9cessaire \u2014 il suffit de rincer et de recharger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co\u00fbt d'outillage inf\u00e9rieur par rapport aux lames ou \u00e0 l'EDM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi le SG20 fonctionne si bien pour ce cas d'utilisation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fil fin (0,3 mm)<\/strong> = coupe minimale, moins de d\u00e9chets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9coupe douce<\/strong> = pas de choc m\u00e9canique ni d'impact thermique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Interface simple<\/strong> = op\u00e9rateurs form\u00e9s en moins d'une heure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour <strong>d\u00e9coupe d'aimants \u00e0 haute coercitivit\u00e9<\/strong>, c'est difficile \u00e0 battre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les programmes de d\u00e9fense ne peuvent pas se permettre de retards, de retouches ou d'incoh\u00e9rences, surtout avec des composants critiques comme les aimants. Pour ce fournisseur, l'adoption de la d\u00e9coupe au fil diamant SG20 n'a pas seulement \u00e9t\u00e9 un gain de productivit\u00e9, ce fut une perc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous avez du mal \u00e0 d\u00e9couper du SmCo, du Dy-NdFeB ou d'autres types d'aimants \u00e0 haute coercitivit\u00e9, parlons-en.
