Un fabricant de composants de pr\u00e9cision, qui d\u00e9pendait depuis longtemps d'aimants import\u00e9s pr\u00eats \u00e0 l'emploi, s'est soudain retrouv\u00e9 sans approvisionnement. Pas d'exp\u00e9ditions. Pas d'alternatives. Les commandes des clients s'accumulaient et il n'y avait aucun moyen de les honorer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici l'histoire de cette entreprise qui a transform\u00e9 son approche - d'importateur d\u00e9pendant \u00e0 transformateur interne - en comprenant comment les aimants sont r\u00e9ellement fabriqu\u00e9s et comment les d\u00e9couper de la bonne mani\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi les aimants en terres rares sont-ils devenus difficiles \u00e0 trouver ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les aimants en terres rares comme le NdFeB (n\u00e9odyme fer bore) sont indispensables dans.. :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Moteurs et g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs (en particulier pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques et les drones)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Syst\u00e8mes d'imagerie m\u00e9dicale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capteurs industriels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technologies de l'a\u00e9rospatiale et de la d\u00e9fense<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les frictions g\u00e9opolitiques ont rendu l'acc\u00e8s aux aimants finis impr\u00e9visible. Les restrictions \u00e0 l'exportation, les droits de douane et les limitations de quotas ont fait grimper les co\u00fbts et les d\u00e9lais de livraison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les entreprises qui se contentaient auparavant de commander des pi\u00e8ces magn\u00e9tiques \u00e0 des fournisseurs \u00e9trangers ont soudain d\u00fb se rendre \u00e0 l'\u00e9vidence : <strong>\"Pouvons-nous les traiter nous-m\u00eames ?\"<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment les aimants permanents sont-ils r\u00e9ellement fabriqu\u00e9s ?<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La plupart des ing\u00e9nieurs ne comprennent les aimants qu'une fois qu'ils sont magn\u00e9tiques.
