Pero a medida que las regulaciones internacionales se endurecieron y los plazos se redujeron, decidieron realizar el corte internamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intentaron:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sierras abrasivas h\u00famedas (demasiado astillado)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discos de diamante manuales (lentos e inconsistentes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sierras de hoja interna (polvo, calor, riesgo de incendio)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incluso con operadores experimentados, los resultados eran impredecibles y la tasa de p\u00e9rdida era inaceptable para materiales tan caros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El desaf\u00edo de cortar imanes de alta coercitividad<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es <strong>cortar imanes de alta coercitividad<\/strong> tan dif\u00edcil?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Son <strong>quebradizos<\/strong> y propensos a fracturas en los bordes bajo carga mec\u00e1nica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Son <strong>duros<\/strong>, lo que acorta r\u00e1pidamente la vida \u00fatil de la hoja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requieren <strong>tolerancias estrictas<\/strong>, especialmente para ensamblajes de precisi\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cualquier <strong>calentamiento localizado<\/strong> puede afectar la estructura magn\u00e9tica, incluso antes de la magnetizaci\u00f3n final<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y dado que la mayor\u00eda de estos materiales se cortan sin magnetizar, el equipo debe ser preciso, sin depender de sujeci\u00f3n magn\u00e9tica o fijaci\u00f3n por contacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Descubriendo la soluci\u00f3n SG20<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de revisar varias opciones, su equipo se puso en contacto con Vimfun para un corte de prueba. Ahora utilizan las m\u00e1quinas para:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cortar espacios en blanco de precisi\u00f3n para ensamblajes de torques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rebanar baldosas de SmCo para componentes de radar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prototipar arreglos de imanes para sistemas de card\u00e1n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfLa retroalimentaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rendimiento 95% en todas las geometr\u00edas de corte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No se necesita limpieza interna, solo enjuagar y recargar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menor costo de herramientas en comparaci\u00f3n con cuchillas o EDM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Por qu\u00e9 SG20 funciona tan bien para este caso de uso<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Alambre delgado (0,3 mm)<\/strong> = corte m\u00ednimo, menos desperdicio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Corte suave<\/strong> = sin impacto mec\u00e1nico ni t\u00e9rmico<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Interfaz sencilla<\/strong> = operadores capacitados en menos de 1 hora<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para <strong>cortar imanes de alta coercitividad<\/strong>, es dif\u00edcil de superar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los programas de defensa no pueden permitirse retrasos, retrabajos o inconsistencias, especialmente con componentes cr\u00edticos como los imanes.
