Un fabricante de componentes de precisi\u00f3n, que durante mucho tiempo hab\u00eda dependido de imanes importados ya fabricados, se encontr\u00f3 de repente sin suministro. Sin env\u00edos. Sin alternativas. Los pedidos de los clientes se acumulaban y no hab\u00eda forma de satisfacerlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta es la historia de c\u00f3mo esa empresa transform\u00f3 su enfoque -de importador dependiente a procesador interno- al comprender c\u00f3mo se fabrican realmente los imanes y c\u00f3mo cortarlos de la forma correcta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Por qu\u00e9 es dif\u00edcil conseguir imanes de tierras raras<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los imanes de tierras raras como el NdFeB (neodimio hierro boro) son indispensables en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Motores y generadores (especialmente para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos y drones)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sistemas de im\u00e1genes m\u00e9dicas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sensores industriales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tecnolog\u00edas aeroespaciales y de defensa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, las fricciones geopol\u00edticas han hecho impredecible el acceso a los imanes acabados. Las restricciones a la exportaci\u00f3n, los aranceles y las limitaciones de cuotas han disparado los costes y los plazos de entrega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las empresas que antes se limitaban a pedir piezas magn\u00e9ticas a proveedores extranjeros de repente tuvieron que darse cuenta: <strong>\"\u00bfPodemos procesarlos nosotros mismos?\"<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo se fabrican realmente los imanes permanentes<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mayor\u00eda de los ingenieros comprenden los imanes s\u00f3lo cuando son magn\u00e9ticos.
